Regular Classes
Our regular classes cover asana practices along with basic pranayama and meditation practices.We follow a systematic approach after assessing the student’s age, body condition, prior experience in Yoga, health conditions, and medical history, if any.
Yoga Teacher Training
Our Teacher Training Program are developed to provide strong theoretical understanding and deep practical application of yogic practices. Currently we offer 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training, 500 Hrs Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, and Kids Yoga Teacher Training.




Master Class
Hatha Vidya offers a Master Class once in every two years to its students who are handpicked by the Acharya, based on their practice and eligibility to join the course.
Yoga for Children
The education imparted during childhood will form a strong foundation for the rest of life. This is true with Yoga education and training also. Children with their natural instincts can understand and adapt to Yoga much more quickly. Sowing the seeds of Yoga at an early age will help children to grow as strong, balanced, and responsible individuals capable of facing the challenges of life.

Yoga Philosophy
For yogic practices to not be reduced to mere asana methods, there is a need to introduce Yoga Darshanas (philosophy) and other traditional yogic scriptures and texts, to genuine seekers of yoga; so that they can get a glimpse into the real world of Yoga as handed down to us by our ancient masters and sages.
Health Management
Yoga postures have the ability to protect our body from disease as well as provide survival powers for today’s competitive environment. Hatha Vidya provides courses with therapeutical application blending this ancient knowledge with modern medical science. Our courses in health management space includes Pre Natal and Post Natal Yoga, and Chandrayanam – weight loss program.
Online Yoga Classes


Our online sessions are live sessions streamed online wherein the participants can join from their premises. These sessions are designed in such a way that the students can take the maximum benefit of the class, even if they are physically not able to attend the class at our Centre. This is the new norm, and this facilitates advantage to many Yoga aspirants who are physically away from the Centre but would want to be part of the yogic journey.

Yoga has percolated into our lives on many levels. "Competitive Yoga" is one such bizarre form of yoga. We have realized that people often consider "achieving" difficult yoga poses as an epitome, which were not meant to be done by kids considering their age. Such wrong notions about doing the rounds need to be addressed, as such practices, without appropriate guidance, may eventually result in health hazards.
This inspired us to initiate "NISHṬHA Kids Yoga Program.". Nishṭha - as the name suggests, is indicating how the practice of yoga helps in leading a disciplined lifestyle.
We have formulated a concrete curriculum that spans 8 months to inculcate a disciplined, practice-based program that truly drills into the true concept and purpose of yoga for our young superstars. We are confident this will serve as a strong platform for them to evolve into better yoga practitioners in the future without being misguided by the improper forms that their naïve nature stumbles into. The benefit of such a program would be better physical and mental health, which would translate into better academic excellence and a disciplined, moral-driven attitude.
With the world looking up to yoga, our aim is to cultivate a breed of young, vibrant, and, most importantly, well-informed yoga practitioners who shall remain the beacon of light for future generations.
A unique line drawing technique specially designed for all the asanas in this program will make it more interesting for the kids to remember the names, be well-versed in the methods, and perform the asanas confidently.Carefully designed in a progressive manner, children learn and understand yoga in a fun-filled yet educational background. A properly guided way of teaching is adopted so that their interest in learning continues.

Haṭha Vidyã specializes in a wide range of yoga treatments designed to meet specific needs. Corporate yoga promotes employee well-being; senior yoga improves the vitality of the elderly; and pre- & postnatal yoga supports moms during pregnancy and following recovery. Each program is meticulously developed to address specific health goals while also promoting overall wellness.
Pre- & Post Natal Yoga
The goal of prenatal yoga, which is designed just for pregnant women, is to ease pain and improve flexibility. Mindfulness can help you deal with stress and make your pelvic floor muscles stronger in preparation for giving birth. A good environment is created by building a strong bond with the baby. Postnatal yoga helps moms get their core strength back, lowers their stress, helps their pelvic floor heal, and encourages them to take care of themselves. In addition to improving physical health, yoga lowers stress, strengthens the pelvic floor, connects the mind and body, builds community, and gets the body ready for birth. If you are pregnant, you should talk to a doctor before starting a prenatal exercise plan.
Yoga for Seniors
The goal of senior yoga is to help older people get fitter, more flexible, and mentally healthier. Gentle poses (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama), and meditation are all parts of this practice that help people become more mindful, calm, and flexible. These exercises make it easier to concentrate and get things done, and they also ease back pain and stiffness. Hatha yoga at work helps people deal with stress, feel better, and find a balance between work and life. Consistent practice gives you more energy and resilience in the fast-paced business world.


Chāndrayanam
Sage Patanjali in PYS II-43 says, "Kayendriyasiddhih ashuddhikshayat tapasah." The purification of the body along with sensory organs can be achieved by adopting proper tapas (Austerity). The role of the mind in the creation of health and disease has been well emphasized in ancient Indian texts. Moreover, the phases of the moon are said to influence the emotions of a person and thus indirectly affect the health of a person. The modern world is also realizing these links, and hence there is a surge of detoxification programs everywhere.
A unique rejuvenation program, Chandrayanam is an ancient Indian austerity practice observed to reduce impurities in body and mind, followed on the basis of the lunar cycle. Two lunar cycles exist: full moon to full moon and new moon to new moon.
The full moon to full moon cycle represents the 'Pipilika' or ant. If Chandrayanam is followed during this cycle, the yogis would eat 15 morsels of food on the first day, which would steadily reduce in quantity till the 15th day. On that day, they would fast. The quantity of food would be increased slowly again from the 16th day until it reached 15 morsels on the full moon (30th day).
